As a general liability defense lawyer, won summary judgment dismissal and defeated certification of a multidistrict class action under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act on behalf of an auto warranty company, despite the TCPA violations of its marketing vendors, by challenging the application of agency theories of vicarious liability.
